77 11 115 Electronic side cutters Robust, load-optimised design with a through-inserted, play-free joint. Slim, raised handles for fine and comfortable gripping between thumb and index finger. Low effort required thanks to high transmission ratio. Load-optimised design for a more direct working feel. Low-friction double spring for smooth and even opening. The mirror finish, in combination with a fine oil film, provides good rust protection – no interference in the circuit due to flaking chrome parts. Blades additionally laser-hardened, blade hardness approx. 62 HRC. Round head with small facet and wire clamp – no uncontrolled jumping of wire sections. - Cutting values for medium-hard wire (diameter): Ø 1.2 mm - Cutting values for hard wire (diameter): Ø 0.6 mm - Cutting values for soft wire (diameter): Ø 0.3–1.6 mm - Jaw length (B): 14 mm - Jaw thickness (at the joint) (D): 7.5 mm - Head width (A): 11 mm
