77 42 115 Electronic side cutters Robust, load-optimised design with a through-inserted, play-free joint. Slim, raised sleeves for fine and comfortable gripping between thumb and index finger. Low effort required thanks to high transmission ratio. Load-optimised design for a more direct working feel. Low-friction double spring for smooth and even opening. The mirror finish, in combination with a fine oil film, provides good rust protection – no circuit interference from flaking chrome parts. Cutting edges additionally laser-hardened, cutting edge hardness approx. 62 HRC. Pointed head, without facet. - Cutting values for medium-hard wire (diameter): Ø 0.8 mm - Cutting values for soft wire (diameter): Ø 0.3–1.3 mm - Jaw length (B): 14 mm - Jaw thickness (at the joint) (D): 7.5 mm - Head width (A): 11 mm
